14 locations in a beautiful seaside town, 300 performers, 35 crew and 1 dynamic team.

Wynnum Fringe began in November 2020 as a direct response to the covid pandemic. This festival transformed Brisbane's bayside into a unique stage, showcasing the best in arts and entertainment, from waterfront stage shows, to authentic indigenous experiences and music on the street. Wynnum Fringe 2021 was a roaring success with over 25,000 people in attendance, supporting both local artists and tourism. The Festival employs artists, tells stories, amplifies foot traffic in shops and celebrates sacred land. Featuring laneway activations, food trucks, outdoor bars sponsored by Coopers, and free local performances on the Friday and Saturday.

Wynnum Fringe 2021 proudly partnered with major sponsors, volunteers and community partners Raine and Horne, as well as the Queensland and Australian Government. Wynnum CBD will continue to act as the heart of the arts festival, when the fringe returns in November 2022.
