Tom, who regularly appears on mainstream Television, Radio, Theatre and Social Media, has played lead roles in every Australian state, New Zealand, USA, Germany, Mexico, Asia and on international waters through the Bahamas. He's worked for and with industry legends like Marcia Hines & Kylie Minogue, won prestigious awards including the Gold Matilda Award for outstanding service to the Arts in Queensland, become a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and even a 'Knight of Wynnum' in Brisbane's Bayside in the same year he was a finalist for the Channel 7 News Young Achiever Award. His influence in the entertainment is widespread and emerging globally, and now he's created an organisation to create and deliver world class Arts & Entertainment. TOP is an extension of Tom's personality, with a core team of 4 and many collaborators who help make the impossible, possible.

Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Tom found himself freeloading at his parents place in Wynnum, Brisbane and decided to make Lemonade! The first Wynnum Fringe Festival was produced by TOP and went from concept to opening night in October & November of 2020. The event has now welcomed more than 100,000 patrons, employed over 1,000 artists and spent more than $4million on arts workers and local suppliers between 2020 & 2023. In just four short years, TOP's diverse portfolio has grown rapidly to now include outdoor concerts Rock The Bay and The Murrarie Muster, venue promotion of Bayside Music Hall, social-change-maker Bay Pride, acquisition of assets Miles: The Caravan Stage, The Lunchbox Theatre Marquee and The Augathella Spiegeltent, pop up caravan music gigs Music In Minnippi and Gigs On Greene, four thumping Wynnum Fringe Festivals, co-producing global disco phenomenon Velvet Rewired starring Marcia Hines with Rix Management in Brisbane, and strong relationships with Government, local council and commercial businesses. In addition to South East Queensland, Tom has partnered with Blake Entertainment as Associate Producer of the recent Australian tour of Rolling Thunder Vietnam (Musical Direction by Chong Lim AM and Direction by David Berthold) and as exclusive Australian Producers for hit British Theatre makers Wright & Grainger, who's recent Australian tour of The Gods The Gods The Gods, saw huge attendance at Sydney Opera House, Brunswick Ballroom, Adelaide Fringe and more. Awards on this tour include: Winner of Best Theatre (Adelaide Fringe), Winner of Critics Choice (Adelaide Fringe), Winner of Best Theatre (Fringe World Perth). TOP has now created its own show - Rhonda's After Party - with Rhonda Burchmore OAM.
As well as the thousands of local artists engaged by TOP each year, renowned artists with diverse backgrounds have worked multiple times on shows of ours, including Ian Moss, Kate Miller-Heidke, Marcia Hines AM, Daryl Braithwaite, Tania Doko, Rai Thistlethwayte, Robert Forster, Chocolate Starfish, Glenn Shorrock, Diesel, Cal Wilson, Dave Hughes, Akmal, Sarah McLeod, Georgie Carroll, Bachelor Girl, Hope D, Thirsty Merc, Russell Morris, Reece Mastin, Eurogliders, Dragon, Jimeoin, Wil Anderson, Tom Ballard, Mike Goldman and Rhonda Burchmore OAM. TOP productions have been promoted through all major media outlets in Australia, including television, radio, social media and outdoor advertising.
